First half of March 2026

Sarah and I took a little quick trip to Solvang at the beginning of March after a school day. We did our favorite thing, which is get some Danish sausages and walk around. We went to a toy store and looked at the souvenir shops. We contemplated buying playing cards for my collection, but decided against it for the time.

Brother Buzard had his 50th birthday party with friends present. It was a fun night to go just enjoy the company of others from the church congregations. I got to know some new people, and talked to people that I knew. The cake had 50 candles on it, as put on there by Grace (his daughter). We made sure to light every one of them.

My school put on a play called Spaghetti Western. We were able to watch the first act as a student body. Seemed to be a pretty cool play.

On our way to Great Wolf Lodge, Sarah and I did work at the Los Angeles Temple. 

Our time at the Great Wolf Lodge in Anaheim our time was really great. We didn't arrive until very late, like 11pm. The water park was fun and had different attractions that we hadn't seen before. We were excited about a jacuzzi but couldn't find one. We made the wave pool our jacuzzi. We talked about the current events in our lives (well, mostly my life), and it was very helpful.

Afterwards, we went to a nickelkade that was very close to the GWL, and ate pizza. I tried to find the Police man shooting game that was a staple that I grew on at the nickelkade in Provo, but no dice. However, we did do Dance Dance Revolution, Guitar Hero, other shooting games, my favorite jump rope game, etc. 

We did a session at the temple with Helen (this was after an Orff conference I went to). We suprisingly ran into someone I knew (which doesn't happen very often, as we always run into people Sarah knows). The person was Holli Wyett and her mom, and Sarah got to introduce Helen to Holli.

Afterwards, we went to Uncle Ken's house. We dropped off Helen and I enjoyed chatting with Christina's girls, as well as taking pictures. We then went to Applebee's for dinner, right before we headed out. The waitress gave us extra food because she liked us.
