BYU vs. Notre Dame 2026
The hype for the BYU vs Notre Dame game was real last Saturday. ESPN came to Provo and had a huge hulabaloo at the college the day of the game. There was a man that won a 3 million dollar field goal kick in two tries with the last name Smith. 1 million was dedicated to charities, but he got to keep the other two. He was a freshman at BYU. The game was a nailbiter. BYU did really good in the first half of the game. But the second half it got really close. It came down to the last play, and Notre Dame wasn't able to surpass us by the end. The team stormed the field. Bear Bachmeier was tearing up in interviews and with family members. I was able to go visit my parents the day before the game and we had a grand ole' time. The only downer was that it took me three hours of mostly bumper to bumper traffic from the Los Angeles Temple to make it to my house in Fontana.
