Annabelle Gives a Talk

Today, Annabelle gave a beautiful talk in Sacrament meeting. I wish I was recording it, because the testimony was so strong. In it she detailed her experiences straying from the church and being welcomed back with open arms. She also testified that she is a daughter of her Heavenly Father, and she knows that Jesus is the Christ and that He is her Savior. She got emotional at the end, and I was getting emotional as well. I enjoyed hearing from her, it was a testimony building experience.

The last two days, Sarah and I have been going to the library to work. It's been really nice and I've enjoyed myself. I've been helping her in a projector way. I shared with her a thing that I've been wanting to incorporate into my planning/scheduling called Time-boxing. I saw it being talked about on Instagram as a tool that Elon Musk uses in his scheduling. It's funny that we are looking at that now, in light of the Trump/Musk meltdown, but thus is life. We also spent a good majority of yesterday at the library discussing our Summer schedule, including how much we would work out during the week, read, and other things. It's been good to help Sarah.

Today we had the Elders come over for dinner. David and Kirsten had made ribs, salad, and rice, and we ate outside on the marble table. They then taught a lesson where Annabelle drew on Ben's back, and Ben drew on Marcus' back. Annabelle drew some flowers, but it was not translated well.
