A Window Woodworking Project with Marcus and David

On one of my days off, in the evening while David was home, he asked me and the boys to help him out with a woodworking project. The idea was to add wood to an existing window outside of the garage, by cutting it up using a power saw, as well as strip? it down (or some word that means cutting wood along the grain, which can be highly dangerous and only done by someone that knows what they are doing). We also used the router to add a little tiny indentation to the edge of it. Then he asked Marcus and me to paint the board that wasn't white. Overall, it was a fun little project and I learned a lot, even though I can't remember all the terms that he taught me.
