Patterson Rd. Elementary End of the Year and Retirement Party in Aroyo Grande

Sarah and I were invited to the Patterson Rd. End of the Year Party and Retirement Party of Yvette and Beth Karamitsos.

The party was at Beth's House in Aroyo Grande (or AG as it is called). Mrs. K, or Beth is a Kindergarten teacher at Patterson Rd. Elementary and she is an awfully great Kindergarten teacher. She is so good with the kids and everybody loves her; and one thing that was apparent was that when we got there to her house is that she as such a beautiful, inviting personality. She is instantly loved by all those in the room or in her environment.

She invited everybody to her party with open arms, and her home was just so beautiful, in the moutains of Aroyo Grande. In fact, she gave everybody a tour of her property, including places like her sons little room and shed that he brought people to, or a clearing where one their horses had passed away and died and laid to be and since has been buried there, or a music room with a whole bunch of records and other musical instruments, or the different cars on the property or machinery.

Sarah and I played corn hole.

We also talked to Ms. Soriano as well as the speech pathologist which I can't remember her name. We talked to them about our journey to be living in Orcutt and me starting at Patterson. And the blessings along the way.

We were happy to be given lots of steak by Beth's husband as well as sausage.

We were even happy to see all the joviality happening. Funnily, if we hadn't had brought sodas to contribute, there would have only been alcohol at this party, and no water.

It was fun to see the teachers in their not school element.
