The Undertaking of the Move from Santa Maria
We had these people come help us move: Elders Garner, Philips, Peterson, Wood, two Sister missionaries from a ward in our Stake, Peter Faux, and Brigham Sorensen, and Stephanie Redd Large. We thank you all for their help. It was a crazy undertaking: packing up in a week, especially when Sarah got sick in the end.
Getting rid of our mattresses was the last thing that we needed, and it took some figuring out. We ended up taking it to the Apache Junction dump, which we didn't know existed on Tomahawk.
We had a lot of help from our neighbors as well. They took most of our bookshelves. And Cedrick let us borrow his truck when we needed it, which was very useful for many different things, including the mattress.
Reed gave Sarah a long hug and thanked her for helping her get back to church, or at least for always being on her for attending.
