We left Phoenix in the late afternoon, planning on getting to Fontana to stay the night, but traffic at the border of AZ and CA put us off 2 hours. We, therefore stopped at the second closest rest stop for the night.
We got some Acai Bowls with a gift card that the Zaitoons had given us.
We got to my parents at 8am on Friday morning (after leaving at 5am).
We stopped before my parents at the Redlands temple to walk around.
We went out to eat with my parents at the local Peruvian restaurant, Mucho Gusto. This was after we went to UPS so that I could get my Live Scan fingerprints done.
After eating, we travelled to Santa Maria so that we could get there by 7pm for the Newlywed Game.
