AZ Scavenger Hunt and A Spiritual Labyrinth Experience

Today Sarah and I were able to go to the Superstition Mountain Museum again, and do the Scavenger Hunt at the model train station that is there outside. We enjoyed doing it together and learning more about Arizona. We found things like a "daredevil" or "dog pooping" or "bighorn sheep." What we didn't know is it was divided into sections. We had wanted to do this before when Sarah's mom was here, so I decided to take Sarah out on a date this morning. It was a lot of fun doing this as the trains were zooming by on their train tracks. Also seeing Route 66 model was cool. We ended up getting a stone for our "troubles."

We also spent some time learning about the Superstition Museum Labyrinth. This was a very sacred experience for us as we walked into the labyrinth throwing our cares away, and walking around to the center, entering to find peace. It was a very spiritual experience for Sarah and we talked about it as we sat on the bench, and related it to our experience coming to Arizona. We also talked about how the mud in the labyrinth was like the generational issues that we experience.
